• WIPRO INDIA (06/2023 – 11/2024):
Former Sr. Process Lead in Digital Operations & Platforms at Wipro India. We help transform, facilitate and improve customer business with industry leading technologies provided by global infrastructure, engineering and digital operation solutions including SDWAN, OTT & SASE.

• GTT COMMUNICATIONS INDIA (08/2019 – 06/2023) (3 years 11 months):
Former Senior Network Analyst-Tier2 (Carrier NOC) in GTT Communications. Handled Enterprise customers on T1-TDM, BGP, LAN/WAN and Ethernet (L2, L3) circuits. Troubleshooting core backbone on Juniper Routers, MPLS backbone, SD-WAN, and getting experience in Fortinet 40F and 60F devices.

• VELOXR TELECOM PVT LTD (04/2019 – 08/2019) (4 months):
Former Network Engineer L2 in Veloxr Telecom PVT LTD (Limerick Technologies). Provided IP backbone to SMB, Layer 2 and Layer 3 backbone to customers, Point to Point connections, Managed Services for Enterprise Customers. MPLS solutions to Customers in Hinjewadi, Pune. Acquired practical knowledge working in Paradise Telecom Pvt. Ltd. as Network Support Engineer in NOC Department. Provided IP backbone to SMB in small area of Pune, Layer 2 and Layer 3 backbone to customers, setup a network backbone in Saswad and Jejuri, Pune. Acquired practical knowledge working in Joister Infomedia Pvt. Ltd. as Network Support Engineer in NOC Department. Setup, manage and troubleshoot network backbone of Joister Infomedia in Pune. Worked as a Network Administrator for Local Broadband Operator in Hadapsar, Pune. I acquired the fundamental knowledge of networking and how to manage an enterprise network.

Projects & Awards

• Award- Received Best SME Award of the quarter from July 2024 to September 2024. This honor was awarded by Wipro India for excelling at the role and out performing in the client expectations.

• In 2020-2021, during my tenure in GTT Communications India, I helped improve a robust ticket update system which was lacking due to old and in-house tools used for ticketing. The new method uses old updates generated in past and increments on it for better clarity of the issue. Furthermore, added few necessary changes to “Next Action”, “Resolution” and “RFO/RCA” sections of the tool. This helped the workflow and helped build up a process around it.

• Award- Received Cheers for Peer Award in the quarter of Jan 2023 to Mar 2023. This honor was awarded by GTT Communications India for best team player, showcasing customer first behavior and excellent problem-solving skills.

• In 2019, during my tenure in Veloxr Telecom, we extended the support of MPLS
services to Hinjewadi, Pune. This was achieved by extending the wireless infrastructure in
Hinjewadi to facilitate range and ease of use. I helped build the L2 network in the task
which helped bring in more business and opportunities.

• In 2018, during my tenure in Paradise Telecom, we extended the switching fabric in
Saswad and Jejuri in Pune. The project was part of the expansion plan of the backbone
network in Pune. I helped build the switching network which helped bring in more
business and opportunities.
